Cancellation Windows
Refund percentage based on when you cancel your booking
7+ Days Before Check-in
Full refund of your booking amount. No questions asked.
4 - 6 Days Before Check-in
Half of your booking amount will be refunded.
1 - 3 Days Before Check-in
Partial refund of your booking amount.
Less than 24 Hours
Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

Modifications
You can modify your booking without any penalty up to 7 days before check-in, subject to availability.
- Date changes allowed (subject to availability)
- Room type upgrades/downgrades possible
- No modification fee for changes made 7+ days in advance
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation request.
- Refund via original payment method
- Bank transfers may take 3-5 business days
- Processing fee: ₹0 (No hidden charges)
Group Bookings
For group bookings of 3+ rooms or 10+ guests, separate cancellation terms apply.
- 15+ days notice for full refund
- 10-14 days: 50% refund
- Less than 10 days: No refund
Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, government orders, or other unforeseen events, we offer flexible cancellation.

⏰ Cancellation requests must be made via email or phone call to be valid. Please note that the cancellation window is calculated based on the check-in time (12:00 PM IST).
