We are a working coffee estate that invites you to live the planter's life. You'll wake up to the smell of roasting beans, walk through 50 acres of Arabica plantation, and eat meals cooked with ingredients sourced from our own kitchen garden. It's not just a stay — it's an immersion.
We offer 8 cottages and 4 estate-view rooms. Each comes with:
- King-sized bed with organic cotton linen
- Private sit-out or balcony overlooking the plantation
- Hot water, rain shower, and eco-friendly toiletries
- Complimentary coffee/tea tray with our own roast
All cottages are pet-friendly (prior intimation required).
Our kitchen serves authentic Malnad and Coorgi cuisine — think pork curry with kachampuli, bamboo shoot pickle, neer dosa, and payasa. We also prepare continental and North Indian dishes on request.
We cater to vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
Absolutely. We offer daily guided plantation walks at 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. You'll see the entire process — from picking ripe cherries to drying, hulling, and roasting. You can also participate in a cupping session to taste different roasts.
These experiences are complimentary for all guests.
You can choose from:
- Guided forest treks (2–3 hours) to nearby waterfalls and viewpoints
- Birdwatching walks with our in-house naturalist
- Mountain biking on estate trails (bikes available on request)
- Stargazing sessions on clear nights
- Bonfire evenings with storytelling and local music
Yes, we welcome families. Children above 5 years can join the plantation walks (with parental supervision). We have a dedicated play area with swings, a small library, and board games. Cots and high chairs are available on request.
We are pet-friendly! We allow up to two well-behaved dogs per cottage. Please let us know at the time of booking. There are plenty of open spaces for your furry friend to explore, but we request you to keep them on a leash during plantation walks.
We have Wi-Fi in the common areas (lobby, dining, and patio) with speeds up to 40 Mbps. The cottages have limited connectivity, but we encourage you to disconnect and enjoy the forest. If you need to work, we have a dedicated quiet corner with power outlets and good signal.
We are located 18 km from Chikmagalur town. The nearest railway station is Kadur (40 km) and the airport is Mangaluru (150 km).
We offer pickup and drop from Chikmagalur town and Kadur station at an additional cost. Please share your travel details 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations made 15 days or more before check-in: full refund.
Cancellations between 7–14 days: 50% refund.
Cancellations within 7 days: no refund, but you may transfer your booking to another date (subject to availability).
We recommend travel insurance for unforeseen events.
