House Rules

10 guidelines · for a peaceful stay

We believe in responsible travel. These rules help us protect the forest, respect local culture, and ensure every guest has a magical experience. Please read through them before your arrival.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur a fee. Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

Quiet Hours

We observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise levels low to respect fellow guests and the surrounding wildlife.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms, cottages, and common indoor areas.

Designated smoking zones are available outdoors, away from the main building. Please use the ashtrays provided.

Pets

We are pet-friendly! Up to two well-behaved dogs are allowed in select cottages.

Alcohol

Consumption of alcohol is permitted within the privacy of your cottage or room.

Please do not consume alcohol in common areas or disturb other guests. We do not sell alcohol on the premises.

Fire Safety

No open flames (candles, bonfires, or fireworks) are allowed without prior permission.

We organize bonfires safely under supervision. Please use the designated fire pits only.

Kitchen & Dining

Our kitchen serves meals at fixed times. No outside cooking is allowed in the rooms.

If you have dietary requirements, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

Environmental Responsibility

We are committed to sustainability. Please help us protect the forest:

Do not litter — use the bins provided
Conserve water and electricity
Do not pluck flowers or disturb plants
Stay on marked trails during walks
Do not feed or disturb wildlife

Visitors

Only registered guests are allowed on the property after 8:00 PM.

Day visitors must be approved in advance and may be subject to a fee. Please notify us at reception.

We understand accidents happen, but please report any damages or breakages immediately.

Guests may be charged for intentional damage or excessive cleaning.
