Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms to ensure a clear and fair process for everyone. Please read carefully before making a booking.

1. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, the refund amount depends on how far in advance you cancel:

Cancellation Period Refund
15 days or more before check-in 100% Refund
7 – 14 days before check-in 50% Refund
Less than 7 days before check-in No Refund
No-show / Early check-out No Refund

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or phone call. The date of your cancellation request will determine the applicable refund.

2. Date Transfer Option

If you cancel within 7 days of check-in, you may transfer your booking to another available date instead of receiving a refund.

  • Transfers are subject to availability and must be used within 6 months from the original check-in date.
  • Only one transfer is permitted per booking.
  • Rate differences (if any) for the new date will apply.

This option gives you flexibility without losing your entire booking value.

3. Refund Process

When a refund is due, we process it as follows:

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
  • Deductions: If you booked through a third-party platform (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com), their fees may be deducted from the refund amount as per their policies.
  • Processing fees: Any non-refundable booking or service fees are not included in the refund.

4. Early Check-out & No-show

If you check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, or if you do not arrive on the check-in date, no refund will be provided for the unused nights.

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if your travel plans change unexpectedly.

5. Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government mandates, severe weather, etc.), we will evaluate refunds on a case-by-case basis.

  • We may offer full refunds, date transfers, or travel credits depending on the situation.
  • Please reach out to us immediately if such circumstances affect your stay.

We are committed to fair treatment and will work with you to find the best solution.
